I had water leaking from my toilet on the weekend and checked through trust a trader to see if there were any good plumbers around my area. I came across Ward Plumbing & Heating with so many recent good reviews. Danny was very prompt and arrived to me quickly. He was polite and professional. The quality of work was excellent. I will definitely use Ward plumbing and Heating in the future and will be recommending to friends and family.

After initially thinking we had a hidden leak behind some kitchen cupboards, Danny very professionally and efficiently investigated. He made sure to definitely eliminate the possibility of a leak and solved the issue with the pipe that was causing the noise. Friendly and easy to communicate with, I was very happy with the service and reassured after his visit.

Danny was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained exactly what needed to be done. He ripped out and installed a whole new bathroom in my pool house it's exactly what I wanted and he done it very efficiently and left it looking fabulous. He has also been back to fix a leaking pipe and to fix a problem with my water I would highly recommend him.

I didn't have such a good experience with Ward Plumbing and Heating. I booked for Danny to come out to check an old boiler, I have five boilers throughout my various properties. One was 20 years old and a Vaillant boiler for a flat I hardly use. Danny told me the boiler was dead, couldn't get it to stay on, it had all sorts of problems and that he wouldn't be able to fix it. He said I needed a new one and that the four radiators in the flat needing flushing. He said he would do a deal for me: a new boiler with a flush for 2500 plus VAT, total £3000. I always get a couple of quotes so I called another company. That technician came out and fixed the boiler and got everything running within 30 mins for £108. He said hey, I will replace the expansion vessel if you would like and the pressure release valve and that will keep you going for another couple of years. Total bill less than £500 including the initial £108. I paid Ward Plumbing and Heating £180 and had to follow up after two weeks to get my invoice.
