I recently renovated three bathrooms and used this plumbing shop for all the supplies and support. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Although there were a few small hiccups along the way, the team handled everything professionally and delivered on time. What really stood out to me was not just the competitive pricing, but also the high quality of the products and overall performance. Even now, I am very happy with the results and I continue to purchase from them. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They even visited our home to take proper measurements and guide us through the process, which made everything much easier. Honestly, I don't think I could have completed this house renovation without their support. I would strongly recommend this shop to all my friends and family, both within and outside my area. In my experience, this is one of the best plumbing shops I've come across in the UK. Highly recommended!

They give good communication and very helpful as they give very helpful advice that had help me and provided me with all the items i had been looking for. Would 100% recommended as they give a welcoming and helpful environment.

It's not good customer service. And they give you different price for different customers and leftover stuff I went for the return they not took back and they give you a different price for the original price.

Very poor customer service. Tried to return an unused, undamaged item within the statutory 30 day period and the shop refused to accept for no reason other than they didn't want to lose a sale. Buy elsewhere, cheaper and better service.
