We had a water heater go out at night. I called Catalin the following day, and they said within 2-3 hours someone would come out. I explained what going on, and they came out fully prepared and didn't have to make an extra errant to get a part that they forgot. They replaced the water heater and even didn't even complain when they had to get it up in the attic. Great service at a great price!!!
