Kori came over to diagnose a longstanding problem with our dishwasher filling with water when off. He quickly worked out the issue and - there and then - changed the position of the waste pipe. As this meant drilling through the wall I thought this would be major work and faff, but Kori did it quickly and expertly. He fixed a dripping tap and leaking washing machine while he was there. This was not expected but you could tell Kori had real pride in his work...
